Hello! I'm your not-so-friendly neighborhood chemist and silly goose! My name is Aria D'Ame, but most call me just Aria or Yaya. I like to make as much art and work on as many projects as possible, and I'm always open to trying something new!I stream every SUN/SAT at 4PM EDT, and weekdays a bit more sporadically. [ Commissions ]

All commissions will be accepted or denied through VGen (no longer using Ko-Fi!) or my official commission form if you do not wish to pay up front. Pre-paid or free-of-charge commissions can be handled through the clients preferred form of contact. Options for communication methods include email, Discord, Twitter, or VGen.When can you expect your commission?
Depending on the type, you can expect a commission to be completed anywhere from one week to two or three months. I will send updates as they come during this time.Information Needed for a commission:
The client will be expected to provide clear references (image or text) to be used for the creation of the commission. More references may be required for the creation of a character reference sheet. The client is expected to have these ready by the time they complete the commission form.What you can expect me to or not to be able to draw:
I can draw: Women, animals and animal features, chibis, light NSFW.
I might draw: Men, children, larger/bulkier builds, armor.
I can't/won't draw: nudity, extreme gore, mechanical parts.

[ Terms of Service ]

GENERALThe artist reserves the right to refund or cancel a given commission at any time.
An artist signature will be placed on character artworks and shall not be removed. For models, emotes, etc. credit is expected and required to be placed wherever the art is being used.PAYMENTSCommissions under $25 USD will be paid in full before the commission is completed. Split payments are allows and welcome for any commission over $25 USD. The remainder of the commission price will be paid once the commission is completed, and a watermarked version will be provided until final payments are made. All payments will be handled through VGen.REVISIONSThe client may ask for up to 5 basic changes before line art is complete, and up to 2 afterwards. Major changes will only occur during the sketch phase.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYDeadlines are set automatically. If the client wishes for a different deadline, it must be communicated. Delivery will be through the client's chosen form of communication.TOS OF OUTSIDE SOURCESIn the cases of Twitch emotes, or a model, the client is responsible for making sure the art they request is following the Terms of Service of the platform for intended use.AI/NFTSUnder no circumstances will the artist's work be used for NFTs or AI/AI training. If the client uses the commissioned work for or with AI/NFTs in any form, legal action will be taken. By completing the commission form the client provides proof that they have read and agree to these terms.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing. I reserve the right to share and use the created artwork in whatever way I choose such as social media posts unless specifically requested otherwise.
My artwork is for personal/branding use only unless otherwise agreed upon and paid for. For personal use, the client is allowed to; Use the artwork on any social medias, promote themselves, claim rights to the characters in the art but not the artwork itself.
Commercial rights to the artwork will always be +25% of the original price. If paid for and agreed upon, commercial rights would allow the client to; use the artwork on any sort of merch, edit and change the artwork, as long as the artist is still credited.
If you break the copyright in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.REFUNDSRefunds will only be issued if an order is cancelled by the artist, cancelled before work on the commission has begun, or the given deadline for the commission has passed. Otherwise, no refunds.COMMUNICATIONCommunication can be through Discord, VGen, or Twitter. If at any point either party is unable to contact the other for a period longer than 3 business days, the commission will be cancelled, and refunds may be issued (check refund policy).
